Atta chakuli is a very easy to make and healthy breakfast of Odisha. As it is prepared with wheat flour, black pepper, fennel seeds , milk etc. All these ingredients are very good for our digestive system. It goes very well with warm milk or it can also be served with Dalma or with any Indian curry. So watch it , try and stay healthy.
Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
2. Warm milk - 1.25 cup or add as required to make the batter
3. Sugar - 2 tbsp ( You can skip it for diabetic patients )
4. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
5. Fennel seeds / Saunf - 1/4 tsp
6. Salt to taste
7. Cooking oil ( Instead of this you can also use ghee or clarified butter )
