Hello to those who love comfort and harmony in the home and just to the audience! Today I am happy to share with you my morning ritual - practicing yoga right at home. Every morning I try to take time for myself, my body and mind, and yoga has become an integral part of my day. My cozy hideaway turns into a real haven of peace, where I can fully enjoy every movement, every inhalation and exhalation. I start with sun salutations - surya namaskara - to awaken my body and mind for a new day. Then I follow various asanas that help me not only stretch, but also strengthen my body, tune it to balance and flexibility. My practice includes asanas for strength and flexibility, as well as meditative exercises to calm the mind and soul. It is important to note that each movement and each pose is performed at a pace that is comfortable for me, in harmony with my body and its needs at the time. Yoga for me is not only a physical practice, but also an opportunity to find inner harmony and peace.
