The Prime Minister's former chief advisor Dominic Cummings is set to appear in front of MPs this morning to give evidence about the government’s handling of the Covid pandemic.
He will appear before the Commons Health and Social Care and Science and Technology committees, where he is widely expected to criticise figures including Boris Johnson and Health Secretary Matt Hancock.
