Around the country, seventy-one percent of parents of children under age 18 say it is a problem to find quality, affordable child care in their area. In an effort to help ease the burden and raise awareness for legislation aimed at tackling the nation’s child care crisis, U.S. Senator Bob Casey (D-PA) spoke on the Senate floor to call for swift passage of the Child Care for Working Families Act and the Child and Dependent Care Tax Credit Enhancement Act.
