Six VALORANT Challengers League teams enter; one team leaves and elevates to VCT Americas International League. North America, Brazil, and Latin America are sending their region’s top two teams to battle it out from June 30 to July 9 in the heart of São Paulo for a chance to join VCT Americas starting with the 2024 season.

The Group Stage will be a single round robin, with each team playing the other two teams in their own group once, which will determine the bracket seeding for the Playoffs. All matches will be played as a best-of-3 with the exception of the Grand Final, which is a best-of-5. Starting July 3, teams transition to a double elimination bracket with seeding based on their finish within the group. The top finishers from Group A and Group B will advance directly to the second round. where the second and third place teams from each group will face off against each other in the first round.
