One of the railways' volunteers has just reported seein the world's most famous steam locomotive at York station in steam and pointing north, so not long now til it pulls into Platform 3 at Aviemore station.
The railway is currently promoting the visit with an advert on STV, being broadcast in the Highland and the east of Scotland region (Aberdeen, Dundee, and Perth) as well as on STV Player throughout Scotland.
