Chipo is the Executive for Emerging Innovation at Nedbank Group. She
has more than 15 years’ experience in the technology and financial
services sector, having previously served as Head of Alpha Code at the
Rand Merchant Investment Holdings fintech innovation center and the
first fintech community of the African continent. As an established
trailblazer in technology and leadership, Chipo has launched notable
innovations in Africa such as the first Sot Pos solution know as Nedbank
Tap on Phone, enlisting South Africa as part of a global pilot program.
Other solutions in the market include PayShap and industry real time
payments offering that is critical to drive socio-economic change in SA,
an in-chat payment solution known as Money message and others such
as Shift Pos just to mention a few. She holds an MBA from GIBS and
recently completed a program at INSEAD Business school based in the
France & Singapore Campus.

#JoinUsForTEA at our Kasi Business Workshops in Atteridgeville as we Celebrate of 8th Birthday under the theme Growing Entrepreneurial Resilience. The workshop will focus on addressing mental health, financial wellness, navigating tough times. We have seen how resilient small business are; having survived lockdown, July riots, Floods, loadshedding amongst other things. We will get to learn from other entreprenuers as to how they have been navigating this time.
Entries for the pitching challenge will be sent to the registered guest 3 days before the workshop and you will be asked to send a 1min pitch video along with compliance documents. The Grand prize is R 50 000.00.
