We explore a bit deeper into one of Cornwalls bigger copper mines which ran from about 1815 to 1928. Although being a copper mine, which produced 230,000 tons of copper, it did get produce some 4000tons of tin too. At the time of being worked it was the 2nd deepest mine in Cornwall, reaching 443 fathoms (2,658ft or 810m)
