Today I'll be showing you how to make Salted Caramel. I found this recipe on Pinterest and thought it was the most delicious caramel I have tried and had to make a video to share it with you all. It's great straight out of the jar or perfect to accompany many other deserts.

400g Caster Sugar
165g Unsalted Butter
250ml Double Cream
2 tsp Flaked Sea Salt (More or less to taste)
