That’s my fast and lazy way to make Matbucha.
The traditional way it’s a little bit different but it’s taste same and so easy to make. You’ll get a lot of complaints. Thank you me later 😉
matbucha recipe
3-4 tbsp. Vegetable/ canola oil
1 red bell pepper
2 jalapeño pepper
2 Serrano pepper
10 garlic cloves
10 fresh tomatoes ( medium size)
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Ground cumin
2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 cup vegetable/ canola oil
