Rather than allowing clients to instantly book appointments, allow them to send you a booking request. This gives you more control of your time and avoid spam bookings.
You can see a notification in your Picktime calendar whenever there is a booking request. You can either accept or reject the booking request. If booking confirmation notifications are enabled, booking confirmations(email/SMS) will be sent after you approve the booking.
