A Texas inmate being transferred 150 miles from his previous cell allegedly broke a window and got onto the roof of a moving patrol car. Video filmed by Jennifer and Jason Mustain as they drove behind the police car shows the inmate sitting on the roof as the car travels along the highway for about three minutes before backup arrives. The inmate, 31-year-old Martin Gregory Estrada, had allegedly slipped out of his handcuffs, shattered the rear passenger-side window of the patrol car and threatened to kill himself unless the policeman pulled over. A statement from the Taylor County Sheriff's Office says the officer refused to pull over, so the inmate climbed on to the roof.
