Chris Philp, Minister for Crime, Policing and Fire, has spoken about new measures to tackle anti-social behaviour, saying "we're not complacent" and are "on track to have more police officers than we've ever had".
His proposals include a ban on nitrous oxide, also known as laughing gas, for recreational use which he says is "fueling" anti-social behaviour.
