[ Ссылка ] Mix the filler
1 lid volume of hardener into a _ full rubber cup of filler (approx.
2%), stir thoroughly. Pot life 20 -- 40 minutes depending
on temperature.
Attention:
Please wear goggles and rubber gloves
when using/mixing the filler.
Moulding
Apply the mixed filler roughly with a moulding spatula and
mould into the desired shape using a flat brush and acetone.
The desired structure can be achieved by dabbing and
brushing the acetone-soaked brush soaked. Slight surface
irregularities can be remedied using a little sponge (see
assembly video on the web). Screw heads are hidden using
the same method.
Mould manageable areas to avoid the filler
becoming too hard for reworking.
