Today we are making a delicious sopita de conchitas con pollo ( Mexican Shell and chicken soup) it’s seriously so simple yet soooooo flavorful it’s just perfect for this cold weather!

Tip!!!! Enjoy while hot! Keep in mind if you let it sit the shells will continue to absorb the broth and it will be more of pasta than soup , you can add more water but for us since we eat it as soon as its done, we never have a problem and the broth added is perfectly fine 😊
Also Add 3-4 more cups of water if you want more broth in your soup,
Also make sure your pieces of veggies are cut into small pieces to make sure they are cooked
Im using large shells
Ingredients:
2 pieces of chicken breast with rib
1 lb shell pasta
5 roma tomatoes
1 onion
Garlic
Cilantro
Chopped celery, carrots make sure they cut into small pieces
Fresh bay leaves and oregano
1 tbsp whole black pepper
2 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp tomato bouillon
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp black pepper
Salt
