Bhaja Masala/ Kolkata Bhaja Moshla is a basic Bengali spice mix that is used in a variety of snacks and lip-smacking street food such as Ghugni, Phuchka (Panipuri) , Jhal Muri, Doi Bora (Dahi Vada) and Churmur. It is also used to finish and enhance the flavor of Bengali vegetarian dishes or torkari such as Pui Shak er Ghonto (Recipe link in description)
