Uttarakhand chief minister, Vijay Bahuguna will be meeting the Governor at Raj Bhavan to submit his resignation. As a damage control measure before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the Congress high command instructed the CM of Uttarakhand to resign after he was slammed for his inept handling of the 2013 flood relief work.
