Two decades ago, Alexia of Greece decided to live away from the spotlight in the Canary Islands. The eldest daughter of Constantino de Grescia and Ana Maria de Dinamarca lives on Lanzarote with her husband, the architect Carlos Morales, and their four children. These days he was with them in Athens to say goodbye to his father, who died on January 10, and at the funeral of the Hellenic king we were able to see the two oldest daughters of Alexia of Greece, Arrietta and Ana Maria, two 20-year-old and 19-year-old, whom we have seen only at a few family events so far.All four were with their family to say a last goodbye to their paternal grandfather, with whom they had a wonderful relationship. Despite living in the Canary Islands, the family visited Constantine and usually spent a few days every summer in Porto Heli, Greece, where Constantine and Ana Maria lived, faithful to the traditions of the Greek royal family. At the funeral we saw the older daughters of the couple, dressed in strict mourning, in the background, leaving the leading role of their mother as the daughter of the late king.Arrietta is the eldest of the children of Alexia de Grescia and Carlos Morales. She was born on February 24th, 2002 in Barcelona, where her parents lived until 2003. The daughter of King Constantine settled in Barcelona in 1992 and there she studied pre-school education and began working with children in the Association of People with Down Syndrome
