The summer season of 2024 at Bern Airport kicked off in grand style on Sunday 28th April 2024. The airport firefighters welcomed the first holiday charter flight, an Avanti Air Dash 8-Q400, with a spectacular water cannon salute. Avanti Air operated the inaugural holiday charter flight from Bern to Calvi with a load of over 50 passengers. This marked an exciting beginning to the new season!
