#1) High Quality Pre-Workout: I live for getting hyped up and preworkouts are severely underrated for training adherence.
#2) Relaxation Before Bed: improving my sleep quality is a gamechanger and thats happens with something that's helps me wind down (theanine, magnesium etc)
#3) Protein and Creatine: we all need to eat more protein and supplementing with it makes it incredibly easy to get enough.
