Finally get to show these off, I really had fun making these fx and even got to mess with some gimmicks in the third part! Also, I'm so hyped that a collab between us three using a Camellia song is finally getting finished, really hope you guys enjoy the final product!
First Part (0:00)
This part has the best base gameplay of the three in my opinion, and this was also my first time making real fx for a layout part that isn't simple pulses. The idea for that bg was what really made me love this part.
Second Part (0:13)
This one was one of the quickest builds for gameplay, but took the longest to get good ideas for fx. Pretty happy with the results though :)
Third Part (0:30)
This one has the best fx for sure, and the idea to make an "upstream" be represented as a follow player y mod gimmick was a big reason why I even wanted to build to this song in the first place, and I think it was executed well, as well as the moving blue blocks in the second section of the part.
