INGREDIENTS:
1.5 kg Pork Belly
2 whole Garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
3 pcs Bay Leaves
2 bulbs Onions, chopped
400 gms canned Chopped Tomato
Ground Pepper
3/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Vinegar
1.5 tbps Sugar
1 cup Water
135 gms Tomato Paste
Cooking Oil
