The portfolio committee on police says law enforcement are now on the hunt for the beneficiaries of illegal mining sydicates.
They believe that there are bigger fish to fry. This comes on the back of a 3-day oversight visit by various parliamentary committees to illegal mining areas in Gauteng today.
These include, Mineral Resources and Energy, Police and Home Affairs Portfolio Committees.
