This is a very deep storm drain that was built in a new housing development. It is at least two story’s deep and has another large concrete pipe that empty’s into it half way up, for the rest of the streets storm drains to feed into. The systems exit pipe is at the bottom and leads to a retention pond, to allow the system to drain.
