Prayer takes us to another level of spiritual awakening, no matter what kind of prayer it is, as long as the prayer is sincere and coming from our heart. When Jesus gave the Sermon on the Mount, the hill symbolized that he was teaching from a higher state of consciousness.

The greatest teachings of Jesus came from this "Sermon on the Mount," including the Beatitudes and The Lord's Prayer. The Lord's Prayer is the most powerful of all prayers. Jesus learned the prayer from the Gnostic Essenes, but the same prayer has been found in other sacred texts, including the Talmud.

Each part of the prayer represents the ten Sephiroth of the Kabalah. There are seven parts to the prayer that correspond to the opening, healing/cleansing, and re-sealing of all our seven major chakras--as well as healing to all layers of our aura.
