Are you in a party chat on ps5 and you can't hear your friends or party. Go to settings and then go to privacy and make sure you allow party chat with friends or set it to ANYONE so people who join the party can hear your voice and you can hear them. You may have it set to friends only and a friend of a friend joins and you can't hear them. Also, make sure you don't have the person muted by accident.
