1.1.1d does a few things like nerfing the scout tag's armor, removing self damage for trample modes and actions for cav, making the immigrant colonies smol, but the biggest change I found was this major rework to how Uruguay works with it's military. Immigrant colonies were restored to standard functionality having battalions that cost shipments, but military buildings will begin allowing you to train the same immigrant units for resources.
