Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup cooked pumpkin
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 3 packets stevia (forgot to film this part, but don’t skip it!)
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 1 cup whole wheat flour
• 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)
Make sure to grease your baking pan and preheat your oven! Bake for 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F) and enjoy a healthier, homemade treat!
