Detroit Police Chief Warren Evans, nephew of
Black Seperatist leader Albert Cleaghe of the Shrine of the Black Madonna wanted to be famous. So he let a television crew film him outside a raid on homicide suspects. A 7 year old girl lost her life- and one of the few white cops on the scene was charged with ki77ing her. Meanwhile, Warren Evans was fired after only 1 year on the job by Mayor Dave Bing but went on to become Chief Executive Officer of the entire County that Detroit is in. The Shrine of the Black Madonna, which up until recently, had NO WHITES allowed meetings also created the concvicted organized crime racketeer and Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick
