Hi!
In this Video I wanna show you how to bake a german cheese cake or Käsekuchen.

Ingredients:
Butter 250 gr.
Sugar 300 gr.
Vanilla sugar 12 gr.
6 eggs
Quark cheese 1 kg.
Flour 3 tbs.
Semolina Flour 4 tbs.

I used a springform with 26 cm diameter.

Before the baking process i pre-heated the oven for around 15 minutes with 180 celcius degree, upper and lower heat.

*Notes:
If you didn't find the quark cheese, you can replace it with a cream cheese but it won't make the same taste as the original Käsekuchen. The quark cheese gives the taste of sourness (maybe tastes a little bit like yoghurt, but it isn't the same. )
