So today we do just that - a Turkish breakfast cooked over the fire, far out in the beautiful nature in the mountains where you can listen to the singing birds and let your soul relax.

The recipe can be prepared both outside over the fire, and inside on the stove.
You'll need:
- 10 eggs (8 thereof boiled)
- 200ml milk
- 2 tb. of flour
- 5-7 red and green sweat paprika each
- 2 big tomatoes
- 2-3 big onions
- 3-5 garlic cloves
- Grated cheese e.g. gouda or mozzarella (as much as you want)
- Olive oil
- Sucuk (traditional recipe is vegetarian and without any meat)
- Leek, parsley and dill (as the cherry on top)

The spices, it's simple:
- Salt and Pepper
- Sweet paprika powder
- Thyme
- Oregano

Preparation:
1. Boil 8 of the 10 eggs
2. Cut the vegetables into cubes and chop / press the garlic small
3. Add 4-5 tb. of olive oil to the pan
4. Add the onions and let it sauté for 2 minutes
6. Throw in the garlic
7. Add the paprika (and sucuk)
8. Sauté everything for 3 minutes while stirring and spicing
9. Close the pan and let it fry on medium heat for 5-6 minutes while keeping an eye on it
10. Cut the boiled, peeled eggs in half lengthwise and the tomatoes in slices
11. In a bowl:
- add 2 raw eggs, stir them
- add the 200ml of milk, stir
- 2 tb. flour, stir well so that no lumps remain
- Spice! But not too much. Stir
12. Pour the just made mixture evenly into the pan and spread it well
13. Spread the tomato slices on top
14. Add a light layer of cheese
15. Put a half of an egg on each tomato
16. And cheese again, as much as you want!
17. Close the pan, low fire, and let it cook for 5-10 minutes keeping an eye on it
18. Add the leeks, parsley, dill if you want and serve it with çay
19. Final step - Enjoy your Masterpiece!
