500g wors cleaned and cut
1 tablespoon nutmeg
1 tablespoon seven colours
1 tablespoon 3in1 spice mix
1 tablespoon grounded ginger
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
2 tablespoon knor oxtail soup
1 carrot cleaned and chopped
1 onion chopped
1 can tomatoes
Half peppers chopped
2 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 tablespoon prego sauce
2 tablespoon cooking oil
Half a cup of water
1 teaspoon sugar
Brown the wors and take it out and set aside
Discard the wors oil.
In the same pan add cooking oil
Once oil is hot, add onions and peppers ,then add all the spices except seven colours and mix to combine. Add tomatoes,carrot and water and sugar then combine.
Add the wors back into the sauce, add prego sauce combine to mix.
In a separate bowl add knorr soup and mix with water ensure it's smooth no lamps. Add to the wors and continue to mix, add Worcestershire and seven colour to the mix and allow it to simmer, then we are done
