This chapter describes how Lord Shri Krishṇa entered the enchanting forest of Vrindavana upon the arrival of autumn, and how the young cowherd girls sang His praises when they heard the vibration of His flute.
The picture of Krishna grazing the cows and mesmerizing everyone with his flute is painted by Shri S P VENKATESWARAN, who was a banker and retired after serving Syndicate Bank in 2016. He is presently residing in Chennai.
This video is made in the memory of my mother Late Jayalakshmi Santhanam, who taught the Shrimad Bhagawatam to hundreds of devotees who call ourselves as 'Krishnapriya'.
The Shrimad Bhagawatam is one of the 18 great Puranas. The text consists of 12 cantos(Skandas)totalling 332 chapters(adhyayas) and nearly 18000 verses.
