Phil joined Property Mastermind in order to be surrounded by like-minded individuals who were would face similar hurdles in Real Estate. The programme allowed him to choose HMO Property (Houses of Multiple Occupation) as his key property investing strategy, instead of Serviced Accommodation in the UK, which felt like a job to him.
