Magic pie to attract money to your life!

• Puff-pastry dough- 0,5kg
• Smocked salmon – 250gr
• Cottage cheese - 400gr
• Leek - 2 big pieces
• 1 egg yolk

Cut 2 big leeks and fried it 5 min. Put a bit of salt and olive oil

Put on the dough: Firstly cheese.
Then leek
Then smocked salmon

Roll all together to the roll :)

Stick together the ends

Leave it for 20min

Separate 1 yolk from the egg white

Cut along the roll with a sharp knife

Put one side on another aka “pigtail”.

Curl it to circle

Anoint yolk on the pie with pastry brush

Bake it 35min with temperature 190’c.
