Ingredients for one serving:
1 cup frozen strawberries (240 ml/ 170g)
1/2 cup (lactose-free) low fat cottage cheese (120 ml / about 100g)
1/2 cup (lactose-free) low fat vanilla Greek yogurt (120 ml / about 125g)
1/4 cup milk of choice (60 ml)

Toppings:
homemade granola

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
2. Top with homemade granola and enjoy!
