Five men have been found guilty of killing Collins Chabane Municipal Mayor, Moses Maluleke.
The Limpopo High Court in Polokwane has delivered a guilty verdict for the July 2022 killing of Maluleke.
Justice Violet Semenya found that all five acted with common purpose with the intention to rob Maluleke, but ended up killing him and injuring his son.
He was shot dead at his home in Xikundu outside Malamulele.
