I have an event coming up where I will need to produce four live streams simultaneously, so I need to expand my inventory of video encoders. And even though my Teradek VidiU Pro has worked pretty well over the last three years, it's getting old and has limited support from the manufacturer, so it's probably time to upgrade to something newer. Last week I made a decision and bought one. Which one was it?
UPDATE: I was informed that there is a pay-as-you-go option for the LiveU Solo, but I haven't been able to find it on their website. Also, I neglected to mention that ShareLink allows you to stream to multiple destinations simulaneously, which the LiveU system does not.
All of the encoders listed below are great and will work well for most everyone. But watch the video to see which one I bought for DJP.
