Join me for a 40 minute full body pilates workout to take you up to the next level. This mixed ability class will inlcude bodyweight exercises, deep stretches and the very best of contemporary and tradtional pilates movements. This movement session will lengthen, strengthen and build strong, toned muscles with consistent practice. You will feel amazing after this session! It will feature lateral flexion, rotation and extension to improve your strength and posture, tone your core muscles and improve your overall flexibility and mobility.
