A much more "hardware" approach to hyper milling: a gasoline preheat device. According to various patents and internet forums, preheating the fuel will help atomize the charge and ensure a much more energetic burn. This in turn ensures higher engine efficiency, unlocking free unused energy in the fuel charge, meaning more torque and power, lower fuel consumption and lower emissions. In this step-by-step video I am testing this out by fabricating a simple preheat device, an aluminum fuel intake pipe wrapped around an engine coolant hose. The test car is my 1996 Fiat Cinquecento, with an 0.9L electronically single point fuel injected engine.
