Today’s session was all about keeping things simple yet effective with a focused chest day routine. With just 3 key exercises, you can hit every part of your chest and see solid results:
- Incline Dumbbell Press
- Chest Fly Machine
- Weighted Dips
These exercises target the upper, middle, and lower chest for well-rounded development. Looking back, I might drop the weight slightly on the Incline Press next time to squeeze out a few more quality reps.
To finish off the session, I threw in a tricep exercise for some extra volume. Strong triceps are essential for pressing strength and, of course, for building bigger arms this year.
