I have created these videos for education, joy, practical learning and valuable information for better health. I am a senior medical doctor trained in sports medicine, nutrition, ergonomics and fitness management. I have 40 years of experience in medicine; I served the Indian army and then Apollo hospitals in Hyderabad and currently practising non-surgical management of spine problems. I have saved more than 10000 people from operations and researched to prevent these. I have 50 years of experience in gardening, arboriculture and environmental conservation. I am a trained fine arts painter and had many one-person shows and exhibitions. I have advised training IPS, IAS and IRS trainees in their respective training centres. I am currently the President of the Occupational Health Association of AP and TS states. I have published more than 1000 articles in newspapers and got many national awards.
