This is a glitch-art music video project by the Director Nik Stamps. It features music by Lady Gaga with a video comprised from the classic 1920's sci-fi film 'Metropolis'. The first part is "The Metropolis Whore" the second part is "The Whore of Babylon" and can be found in the link below as well as the combined version.
