IMPRESSION: MRI Pelvis findings reveal:
• Well circumscribed, unilocular, thin walled, non-enhancing, cystic lesion in midline pelvis showing T1 homogenous hypo intensity with T2 hyperintensity as mentioned above.
D/D: Mesenteric cyst.
