So, in today's video I'll show you how to make cream puffs to treat your taste buds to an explosion of sweet and creamy bliss!
INGREDIENTS: 📋
For the dough:
🔹️1 cup water
🔹️113 grams butter
🔹️ 1/2 tsp salt
🔹️1 tsp granulated sugar
🔹️1cup flour
For the filling:
🔹️1 cup whipping cream powder, and 1 cup cold milk ( and if you don't have the whipping cream powder you can make the whipped cream using 1 cup of cold heavy cream 'beat it for 1 minute then add to it 1/3 cup powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla esence then beat it until a stiff peak forms)
🔹️ 6 mashed strawberries.
And to make the caramel you'll need:
🔹️ 1 cup granulated sugar
🔹️ 4 tbsp water
That's it. Also don't hesitate to play with your imagination when it comes to the filling of cream puffs. Just mix flavours that are to your liking, then the food turns into orchestra.
