How to Make the Best Tailgate Burgers EVER | T-fal OptiGrill
Tim: It's time to grill some burgers. Ereka: Yes. Tim: But when they come they come frozen. Ereka: Yeah. Tim: So most people are like, "Oh my gosh that's a problem." Not really with the OptiGrill you can cook straight frozen all the way to the perfect burger.
Ereka: I love this feature. Tim: That's right. All we have to do is start right here.Ereka: Okay. Tim: Hit the power button then the snowflake button, which tells the OptiGrill that we're going to put frozen product on to the grill.Ereka: Okay. Tim: And then of course we're cooking burgers so we hit the burger, and then OK. All right perfect, so now just unwrap these frozen burgers. Ereka: Beautiful. Tim: Just throw them right on here just like that and shut the lid. Now while that's cooking the OptiGrill is automatically scanning the burgers for the thickness of the burger, and how much it's going to take to get it to the perfect rare, medium, or well done.
Ereka: You hear that? All right we look down and you can see that cooking level indicator reads orange which means, chef? Tim: It's perfect medium just like I like my burgers. Ereka: Sure that's it?
Tim: That's right. Ereka: All right so if you like yours cooked closer to medium-well watch the cooking level indicator the more intense the color the more it's going to be cooked to your liking. Tim: That's exactly right. Ereka: What are you doing here chef? You're fancying this stuff up.
Tim: That's right we can't just have regular burgers. I mean I love baconso how about a little bacon cheeseburger. Ereka: That's why I hang out with you.
Tim: That's exactly right. So I'm going to load these up then all we have to do is shut the top and let the cheese melt. That's what's so great about it; you can melt the cheese...Ereka: Right in there. Tim: Yeah exactly. Ereka: Good to go.Tim: That takes about 20 seconds. Now remember we cooked these from frozen and it took five or eight minutes.
Ereka: Unbelievable. Tim: Crazy. I think we can reveal it what do you think? Ereka: Let's do it. About 20 seconds. Tim: Yeah the cheese is just starting to melt, it's perfect.
Ereka: Smell that. Tim: The aromas amazing. Now I went ahead and took the liberty of making up your burger for you, a little lettuce, tomato, onion, very simple. Ereka: All right guys now if you look at this the clean-up honestly with the OptiGrill could not be easier. It's a breeze because of the T-fal non-stick coating. You can literally just wipe it off like chef's doing right now. Look how easy that is or you can actually remove the grill plates and just simply put them in the dishwasher.
