In another blow to suspended Public Protector Adv Busisiwe Mkhwebane's fight for professional survival, the Constitutional Court found President Cyril Ramaphosa's decision to suspend her lawful and rational.
This overturns the Western Cape Division of the High Court's decision in September last year which ruled her suspension illegal. The Apex Court has also dismissed her application to halt the Section 194 inquiry into her fitness to hold office. SABC News Reporter, Canny Maphanga was covering that story and joins us.
