Prime Minister Narendra Modi kick-started phase 2 of the coronavirus vaccine drive in India as he took his first vaccine dose at AIIMS, Delhi on Monday (March 1) morning. Sister P Niveda, from Puducherry, administered Bharat Biotech's Covaxin to the prime minister. After taking the coronavirus vaccine, PM Narendra Modi appealed to all those who are eligible to get vaccinated to make India a "Covid-free" country.
