PORK KILAWIN:
Ingeidients:
1 kilo- pork kasim cut into bite size
1/2 kilo- pork liver, cut into bite size
200 ml - vinegar (I used del monte vinegar)
3 cups- water
3 pieces white or red onion ( I prepare white onion)
1 whole- chopped garlic
3 tsp- iodized salt
2 tsp- granules black pepper
3 tbsp- oil
3 dried- Laurel leaves
dried oregano
FOR PORK LUNGS:
1/4 KG- ground/chopped pork
lungs
1piece- chopped white onion
5 gloves garlic- fine chopped
2 tbsl- oil
salt to taste
