For as long as he can remember, Finn has done everything with his childhood best friend Rachel- growing up, sharing the same dreams of discovering and travelling to parallel universes, secretly falling in love. As adults, Finn and Rachel are living their dream working on a machine that enables multiverse travel, closer than ever. But when the time approaches for the project’s completion and for Finn to finally admit how he feels, Rachel unexpectedly dies.
Haunted by the thought of “what if”, Finn sets out to finish the machine and use it for exactly what it was intended for- travel universes in search for a parallel one where Rachel is alive. But he soon learns that meddling with the multiverse brings its own challenges- fate, deceit, and, the hardest of all, acceptance.
